Enduring Images, LLC does feel that the following basic, "common sense" art conservation actions aid in preserving any original print or photograph for extended years of viewing enjoyment:

No Warranty: Enduring Images , LLC does not make any warranty or guarantee, either written or implied, about the length of life of any print purchased because it cannot control any of the variable conditions under which the buyer may store or display the print.

The buyer does have the assurance that Enduring Images, LLC has used the best archival papers and inks currently available to produce a print that the paper and ink manufacturers feel will produce bright, stable colors with excellent longevity.

(1) Frame the print behind protective glass.

(2) Keep the print out of direct sunlight to avoid premature aging.

(3) Avoid subjecting the print to damp or wet environments.

Shipping: All Enduring Images, LLC products are shipped from Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA via the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service. Upon receipt of an order, the buyer will be notified of a shipping date. Shipping dates are usually within three (3) to four (4) business days from order receipt.

Enduring Images, LLC is not in the shipping business and makes no profit from postage charges. All postage charges are what Enduring Images, LLC has been directly charged by the carriers.

Copyright Infringement: The reproduction of any image on the Enduring Image, LLC website is a violation of the copyright herein and will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Terms and Conditions

Privacy Notice: Enduring Images, LLC does NOT sell or share any customer information with any other person, retail business or mailing list.

General Terms: All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

However, if the buyer is dissatisfied with a purchase, items may be returned within 20 days of sale for exchange only. The buyer has the responsibility to contact Enduring Images, LLC by phone or Email within that 20 day time period for instructions on how to return an item.

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced free of all charges upon receipt or verification that a claim has been filed by the buyer with the shipper within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. The buyer has the additional responsibility to contact Enduring Images, LLC to advise them of the delivery of damaged merchandise and how to return the item(s).

If there is no duplicate replacement for a damaged item, a reasonable effort will be made by Enduring Images, LLC to provide the buyer with an acceptable alternative selection.
